After you place your order, the artist will start the painting process. Please understand that this part usually takes up to 3 weeks due to the painting and drying process.
Shipping is done with DHL express and usually takes up to 5 business days.
You approve your painting before it ships so you are never stuck with one you do not love. Once your artist finishes we send you photos and video of the finished piece. If anything is off we revise it for free until you are happy and nothing ships until you approve it. In the rare case your order arrives damaged or different from the piece you approved contact us within 2 days of delivery and we will repair, replace or refund it.
