Yes. All of our paintings are 100% hand-made by real Artists that are part of our Art-Collective.
Yes. All of our paintings are signed by the Artists that paint them.
If you've ordered a painting with us we are able to supply you with real time photos of your order. It's even a part of our order process. We'll send you samples of the painting made and will only continue with the next process if we have your approval.
All artworks for sale with Art by Maudsch come with a Certificate of Authenticity that is signed by the artist.
In order to make a Rolled Canvas painting ready-to-hang it needs framing. We have professionals in our team that deliver the best framing services in order for you to hang the painting directly after delivery.
If you choose to not make use of that service, we recommend you to bring the Rolled Canvas painting to your local trusted frame shop and let them prepare it to be ready-to-hang.
We do not have paintings in stock, all the paintings are made on orders. This ensures that we provide only original pieces.

Yes this is possible. We paint every painting on order so we are able to modify the size with the artist as you wish. What we need are just the right instruction and details.

The hanging system is mounted on the painting so it hangs as shown in the images.
But It is possible to modify the hanging system to your liking.
Art is relative and is perceived differently from anybody's perspective. If it satisfies your vision then all you need to do is make it happen.
Let us know before you order so we can make sure the hanging system is built such that it satisfies your wishes.
This is possible because every painting is made to order. This means that the Artist will start working on your painting after you order. This ensures the originality of the painting and makes it possible to customise every aspect of the painting.

Frames and Framing process
If you chose any option other than “Rolled Canvas” the painting will arrive framed and ready-to-hang.
If you chose the option of "Rolled Canvas", the painting will not come with a frame and will not be ready-to-hang.
We use floating frames for our paintings as we believe they are aesthetically the best choice for the designs we have.
The frame is made out of Czech Pinewood. We have 5 framing choices available. You can opt for the one best for your painting.

The thickness of all frames are 1.2" or 3cm.
Prices include frames only if you choose any option other than “Rolled Canvas” at the time of ordering.
If you chose the option "Rolled Canvas" and you'd like to switch to a framed option, send us an email on email@example.com and we will make it happen.
This is done because we leave open space on every side for framing purposes. This ensures that the Rolled Canvas can be framed properly without any loss of canvas and quality.
Shipment & Delivery
We ship all of our orders worldwide for free. We are able to provide this service because we work together with the biggest postal services (DHL, UPS, FedEx). All of our orders are shipped with Express service and are insured.
All paintings are made to order. This means that our average processing times range between 20-30 business days depending on the painting complexity. This time represents the painting and drying process.
Framed paintings are shipped using DHL Express, while rolled canvas paintings are shipped via FedEx and UPS Express.
US, CA: 4-5 business days
AU, NZ: 5-6 business days
EU: 3-5 business days
Rest of the world: 5-6 business days
All paintings are shipped after painting, framing, and quality inspection are completed. These processes can take up to 30 business days. All paintings come with free 100% insurance coverage.
We deliver everywhere, or in any case all countries that our delivery companies operate in! Any concerns? Do not hesitate to contact us, as we will be able to find a solution for delivery - even if you live on a desert island!
For Framed orders: We carefully package the framed painting and ship it out in a sturdy cardboard box.
For Rolled Canvas orders: We carefully roll up the cotton canvas and place it in a protective tube and then ship out.
Absolutely! Art by Maudsch organises and insures the transport of the artwork. You have nothing to worry about and there are no hidden costs.
Once the painting is completed, the tracking code will be redirected to you and you will be able to see an updated tracking report in the system. If you ordered a framed painting, DHL will reach out to the email or phone number you registered with us. They will give you the ETA.
In case if you have not received shipment tracking information, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will share tracking details with you as soon as possible.
If in any case you suspect the order to take longer than you anticipated, send us an email on email@example.com and we'll let you know the status of the order.

According to our shop policy, buyers are responsible for any Duties and Import Taxes that may apply. For any questions, reach out to email@example.com
That's a shame, but it happens! You have 30 days after delivery of the work to let us know. We will organise and cover the costs of the return. You will be refunded once the artwork has been returned to the artist. In the case of returns after cancellation, you are responsible for packaging the work.

Contact us as soon as you notice the damage. Take photos to show us the current state of the work and we will make a decision together.
According to the extent of the damage, we can either repair the work, or you can return it and you will be refunded. Art by Maudsch covers the costs of repair and transport in case of damage during delivery.
