Purchasing my beautiful artwork was a breeze, but DHL Express sucked the joy out of the process. My art flew from Prague to Miami, Florida (where I live) in 36 hours, but it took them over four days to deliver it to me. I got a major runaround from them and a variety of reasons why the two scheduled deliveries never happened. Twice I requested to speak to a supervisor. Once I was told they could schedule a new delivery OR they could schedule the supervisor’s call in 90 minutes, but not so both. I had them schedule the delivery and I called back to another person to request the supervisor. I was told to expect a call within 90 minutes. I never got a call. The good news is the art finally arrived and it looks gorgeous on my wall. ArtbyMaudsch offered me a 25% discount on a future purchase for the trouble.
We were really happy with the end-to-end experience. All our queries were responded to promptly (usually within a couple hours) and we requested some changes when we received the photos and video, which were implemented perfectly. We are really happy with the final product and wouldn't hesitate to use artbymaudsch again when we are looking for another painting.

The artwork is fabulous...the frame is disappointing...a silver frame should be silver not black on the outer frame and silver only on the frame's front... -1 star for the frame
They were great about putting my $2k toward another piece, when the first one I chose (Rat Race) to have done didn't turn out as well as I expected. They sent another proof when this one was ready to be framed and it was close enough to original on web page. Went with gold/black frame. Looks great on the wall. Was packaged professionally. Very pleased.
I am very pleased with my art. The frame construction is professional and sturdy, and the art is exactly as shown. It is most definitely a step above what can be gotten anywhere else.
