We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
Pieces that are shipped with Frame:
Paintings shipped with frame are shipped out with Express Shipping with DHL. For any other questions please contact us on info@artbymaudsch.com
Pieces that are shipped out without Frame:
Paintings shipped without framed are shipped as a Rolled Canvas. For any other questions please contact us on info@artbymaudsch.com

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
Yes. All paintings are 100% handmade by our artists. There is no printing involved in the process. Our artists only use highest-grade oil and acrylic paints.
Yes. If you buy your painting with a frame, it will arrived framed to your doorstep. The paintings are stretched and framed by professionals, and then shipped via insured express shipping. All for free.

After you place your order, the artist will start the painting process. Please understand that this part usually takes up to 3 weeks due to the painting and drying process.
Shipping is done with DHL express and usually takes up to 5 business days.
If you are in any way unsatisfied with your painting, contact us within 30 days of receiving the product, and we will offer you a full refund. Otherwise, you can request a redo completely free of charge.
