All our frames are crafted and inspected by professionals using Czech pine wood and finger joints to ensure quality. A gesso coating is applied for added stiffness and longevity.

Express shipping is free for all paintings, with 100% insurance coverage. Paintings are carefully packaged to prevent damage. Framed paintings ship via DHL Express; rolled canvas paintings via FedEx and UPS Express.

Once your painting is created, we'll send you photos and videos. You'll have the opportunity to review it before shipping. The painting will only be shipped after you confirm your satisfaction.

We offer a 30-day return window if you are not happy with your order. Just notify us within 30 days of receiving your artwork.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and a $100 material/restocking fee.

After you place your order, the artist will start the painting process. Please understand that this part usually takes up to 3 weeks due to the painting and drying process.
Shipping is done with DHL express and usually takes up to 5 business days.
You approve your painting before it ships so you are never stuck with one you do not love. Once your artist finishes we send you photos and video of the finished piece. If anything is off we revise it for free until you are happy and nothing ships until you approve it. In the rare case your order arrives damaged or different from the piece you approved contact us within 2 days of delivery and we will repair, replace or refund it.
