After you place your order, the artist will start the painting process. Please understand that this part usually takes up to 3 weeks due to the painting and drying process.

If anything is off we revise it for free until you are happy and nothing ships until you approve it. In the rare case your order arrives damaged or different from the piece you approved contact us within 2 days of delivery and we will repair, replace or refund it.
